Village meeting point 5 doesn't include a bell, due to this villagers don't use it.
the current look:
how it should look, based on java edition (torches present here also are only prsent on java edition).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one or various worlds (use a random seed).
2. Find a plains village with this kind of meeting point.
3. Observe it.
Expected Results:
The bell should be here.
Observed Results:
It is currently not here.
