Marketplace downloads stuck at 0%

      Any world I buy from marketplace gets stuck in downloading. Currently mine have been for over a week, at 0%. 

      Attention

      This report is being used to gather all reports of stuck Marketplace downloads on non-Switch devices. A "stuck download" situation is indicated if the Marketplace page for your title has a download progress meter near the upper right corner and it never goes away, or if you're downloading it for the first time, the download progress meter in the center of the screen stops during Step 1 or Step 2 and never goes away.

      • If the Marketplace page for your title has an "Update" button, this is not the report for you. Please see MCPE-153599 instead.
      • If you have a stuck Marketplace download on a Nintendo Switch, this is not the report for you. Please see MCPE-177765 instead.

      Workaround: If you have a stuck Marketplace download, first try this:

      1. From the Minecraft start screen, select Settings > Storage.
      2. Click the Clear Marketplace Cache button.
      3. Exit Minecraft, restart it, and try your download again.

      If this doesn't solve the problem, we need you to add a comment with the exact title and creator name for the content you're trying to download, and the platform you're using. This includes players who submitted separate reports which were closed as duplicates of this report.
