Any world I buy from marketplace gets stuck in downloading. Currently mine have been for over a week, at 0%.Â
This report is being used to gather all reports of stuck Marketplace downloads. A "stuck download" situation is indicated if the Marketplace page for your title has a download progress meter near the upper right corner and it never goes away, or if you're downloading it for the first time, the download progress meter in the center of the screen stops during Step 1 or Step 2 and never goes away.
Workaround: If you have a stuck Marketplace download, first try this:
- From the Minecraft start screen, select Settings > Storage.
- Click the Clear Marketplace Cache button.
- Exit Minecraft (Important!)
- Restart Minecraft and try your download again.
If this doesn't solve the problem, we need you to add a comment with the exact title and creator name for the content you're trying to download, and the platform you're using. If your platform is Windows, we'd also appreciate it if you could try the workaround published in this pinned comment by Mega_Spud and include the information about your LocalCache folder.
