Was fighting wither skeletons with my bow when I realised I had 2 of the same bow, exact enchants and durability, one of which had replaced my sword, which is completely missing. I was switching between the two while fighting blazes and wither skeletons. My inventory was full at the time. Attached is are screenshots of my hot bar before and after the duplication.
