Dirt background on Credits/End Poem no longer scroll, it used to be scrolling on version 1.0.0 but now it doesn't scroll anymore
Step to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world
2. Enter End Dimension
3. Kill the Dragon and exit, or just make the portal to exit
Or
1. Open Settings
2. Go to General
3. Click "credits"
Expected result:
Dirt background scroll as expected
Observed result:
Dirt background didn't scroll
