Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world
2. Open your inventory and close the Creative menu/recipe book
3. Reload the world
4. Open your inventory and open the Creative menu/recipe book
5. Notice that the tabs don't appear
6. Close and reopen your inventory

Observed Results:
The tabs only appear after closing and reopening the inventory.

Expected Results:
The tabs should appear when the Creative menu/recipe book is opened.
