When creepers go to attack a mob other than the player, the do not explode, they swell and flash but then freeze.

To reproduce
Build a snow golem
Place a few creepers around it
The creepers that get hit by the golem go up to it, swell, and then freeze. They don't explode.
This is without any mods or add ons
