Steps to recreate ;-
1 - Place 2 sticky pistons next to one another . ( as shown in the video )
2 - Place a block next to them .
3 - Place 2 levers to activate each of them .
4 - Activate the front piston and hold a block in hand . ( I was using grass block )
5 - Go in front of the first lever ( shown in video how to do that ) , then spam right click to activate 1st lever , then 2nd lever and place a block .
It will TP you .
*Note - It will only work some times .
