Significantly worsened performance on android

      Minecraft has been severely stuttering and operating at a reduced framerate in version 1.20.40 and version 1.20.30. This is on a new Samsung Galaxy S21FE. Before 1.20.30, there were no stutters. Now the screen freezes for a second or two several times a minute.
