Nintendo Switch
Im am writing to report a concerning issue that I have encountered while playing Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch. There seems to be a bug related to skin selection when using a Microsoft account. The problem occurs when I open Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch and select a specific skin associated with my Microsoft account. Everything works fine initially, and I can enjoy the game with the chosen skin. However, the issue arises when I close the game and then reopen it. Upon reopening Minecraft, the previously selected skin is unequipped, and I find myself using the default Steve or Alex skin or other new default skin instead. This bug has been consistently occurring, and it can be quite frustrating to have to reselect my desired skin every time I launch the game. I have also noticed that other players have encountered the same problem on their Nintendo Switch devices, which leads me to believe that this issue may not be isolated to my account.I kindly request that your development team investigate this matter and work towards resolving this bug in a future update. A seamless experience in choosing and maintaining our selected skins is essential to the enjoyment of the game, especially for players who like to personalize their Minecraft characters. If you require any additional information or details regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be more than willing to assist in any way I can to help resolve this problem.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing this issue addressed in a future Minecraft update.
Sincerely
