Before this change structure voids stopped players from interacting with the blocks behind them. This could break a lot of maps (including marketplace ones) since this was used to stop players from interacting with blocks like door, trapdoor or blocks like respawn anchor that are used as decoration, which explodes when interacted. Better than barrier blocks in those scenarios, because it didn't block the player's movement and stuff.

This could be a side effect of the fix for MCPE-172429

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place a door
      2. Place couple of structure voids infront of the door
      3. Switch to a different slot to make the structure blocks invisible.

      Observed results:

Player is able to open and close the door without any issue.

      Expected results:

Player shouldn't be able to open and close the door.
