The eye lines of bats hanging from blocks don't face in directions in conjunction with their models.
This report is an edited copy of the java edition equivalent: MC-197910.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a repeating command block running the following command:
/execute at @e[type=bat] run particle minecraft:mobflame_single ^ ^ ^3
- Find a bat hanging from a ceiling (or create a platform and spawn a bat underneath it)
- Observe where the particle is spawned, compared to the bat's eyes
Expected result:
The particle is spawned in front of the bat's eyes.
Actual result:
The particle is spawned behind bats hanging upside down.
