High ray tracing render distance warning message does not disappear when lowering the render distance

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Import an RTX resource pack
      2. Navigate to Settings > Global Resources and enable the RTX resource pack
      3. Navigate to Settings > Video and enable ray tracing
      4. Notice the high render distance warning message appears
      5. Set the ray tracing render distance to the lowest

      Observed Results:
      The yellow exclamation mark disappears, but the warning message does not.

      Expected Results:
      Both the yellow exclamation mark and warning message disappear.
