When you setup a beacon and choose the status effect, it should remain active until another effect is chosen or the beacon is broken. At the moment, exiting and reloading the world resets the beacon effect.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a valid beacon setup with pyramid
• Open the beacon gui, choose and confirm an effect/power (with 'payment' of iron)
• Exit the beacon gui and check the effect is present and functioning correctly
• Exit the world and Reload
• Notice any remaining effect will diminish as the beacon is reset
