PROBLEM
Starting Minecraft from the launcher, the game appears to hang at 35% for a long time. Eventually the game may start after 40 minutes. This behaviour is new with version 1.20.30.2. The Application Event Log shows an entry showing the Minecraft App has been killed by Windows early in the process of starting up.
WORKAROUND
On one occasion, to work around, I could start Minecraft App outside the launcher directly within a couple of minutes. This is not reliably reproducible as a process however.
