When using end gateway and end portal blocks i am unable to walk through or pearl into it and unable to enter below with the end portal

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Give yourself a end gateway block (via the code or via addon)
2.  Place it in your world
3. try walk through and pearl and see that it dont work

I Observe the player not going through and i expect to be transported to outer end islands
