Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give the poison effect to a mob;
2. Give the fatal poison effect to a different mob so the colors don't mix;
3. Compare the particles.

Observed Results:
The fatal poison still uses the old poison effect color.

Expected Results:
The fatal poison uses the updated color to match the regular poison.
