Steps to Reproduce:

1. Dig a hole
2. Put lava in the hole
3. Position yourself so that when you throw an item in the lava, the item hits the ground before getting burnt
4. Throw an item in the lava

Observed Results:
The burning sound doesn't play.

Expected Results:
The burning sound should play.
