What is expected normally: Banners, Candles, Firework Stars, and Firework Rockets are supposed to be ordered; white, light gray, gray, black, brown, red, orange, yellow, lime, green, cyan, light blue, blue, purple, magenta, and pink. This would match every other colored blocks in Creative inventory like beds, shulker boxes, stained glass, wool, concrete, terracotta, etc.

What happens instead; the bug: Banners, Candles, Firework Stars and Firework Rockets have the wrong order in Creative inventory. They are sorted incorrectly so the colors are not in the right position in order.

This bug has existed since the features were first added into the game.
