This bug affects villages that you made from scratch or pre existing villages that you have added on to.

the villager will not path find correctly to their job block and will sometimes unlink from the job block or just stand by the wall where the job block is on the other side despite their being a clear entrance to the building the block is in. For the bed path finding it’s pretty much the same, when night rolls around the villagers will stand outside the houses where their bed is but will not go inside the building. Because of this they will often unlink from the bed. Villagers can be seen standing on the other side of the wall where their bed is. The pictures below show the bed issue and the other 2 pictures show how villagers are supposed to go to the job blocks
