good afternoon.

First, I'm sorry for any grammatical inconsistencies I write. English is not my native language and I am far from fluent. I'm sorry if I sound rude without realizing it or if something doesn't seem right in my descriptions.

I ask for patience. I don't know where else to ask for help

in the last few weeks I have found two bugs. One is some giant holes to the void that appeared in my village when I logged in. It killed some villagers I used to trade.

Another is a reset on part of my map that destroyed my spider farm.

I'm very upset because I spend many hours on this and I don't know what to do.

I dont have images of before the reset... just the location of it.
