Dear mojang

My name is Evan and I am experiencing a bug recently. It is about player and mob textures not fully loading. My problem is whenever I am opening Minecraft my skin doesn't fully load. But after that when I joined my world the mobs would not fully load their textures their hitboxes were fine but only half of their body would load . I tried to reinstall and open the game again still the same issue I also signed in in my account (Evan4Evan) still no use. I request mojang to fix this issue since this makes the game unplayable for me . I don't know how to reproduce the bug but whenever I join Minecraft this bug is affecting me. This bug has been affecting me since 1.20 . Please fix this bug
