Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the game settings;
2. Navigate to the video settings;
3. Scroll down.

Observed Results:
There is a large warning about potential screen tearing when disabling the vsync option, despite never having hovered over it.

Expected Results:
The warning only shows up when hovering over its icon.
