Torches will not render at about 50 blocks away from the player, despite this, around 2-3 chunks later torches will begin to render again, despite the closer torches not doing so. In the videos and screenshots the bridge is fully filled with torches.

Note: This bug report is not reporting torches not rendering at far distances, this is to be expected, the issue is that torches further out to render, despite being out of range
