Summary:
"Give Feedback" button not working in new Play Screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On the main screen, click the Play button.
2. Click the "Switch to the new UI" button.
3. Scroll down the page (to the end of all your worlds).
4. Click the "Give Feedback" button.

Observed results:
The animation of clicking on the button is displayed and that's it.

Expected results:
The animation of clicking on the button is displayed and a site opens where you can publish feedback (https://aka.ms/MinecraftPlayScreens).
