When finding naturally spawned bamboo that is very tall, the tops of the bamboo that have leaves are not the same size as the bottom parts, leaving a small ledge on the bamboo plant that can be stood on. this only affects bamboo with 3 layers of leaves and is big enough to be the thicker variant.

Steps to reproduce:

• Find a jungle biome that has bamboo.
• notice how the tops of some bamboo are not the same size as the bottom.

What should happen:

the tops of the bamboo should stay the same size as the bottom.
