realms and all my worlds got deleted realms wont load eather

      please help me fix this ive logged out and relogged back in in restarted both xbox and pc it just wont load realms no matter what ive uninstalled the game and re-installed it that didnt work ive cleared all minecraft data ive gone online and searched for it and done all those nothings working
