This bug has been a game for a while, i cant confirm the version since it start but basically, when you place a villager job, for example fletching table, a RANDOM villiger will take that job while the NEAREST villager should take that job. Not only this but if you break the job and place another job, for example a blast furnace, the SAME villager will take that job EVEN if he is the furthest from other villagers. If we look in java edition, the villager who would be able to reach a job, only he will be able to take the job while in bedrock edition, if you place a job, the first villager who took the job will always take the first job placed job. The way this is annoying is that when you make a villager a zombie, (if his job is placed when he converts to a zombie) his job will be taken by a another villager nearby and when the villager is cured he wont be able to take his job back so you will need to create another job for the non cured villager so he can take that job and the cured villager can get his job back. What i mean by job is the job-giving-blocks.
