I walked into a portal to get to my Starter house. it went to the loading screen, and then i started hearing death noises. once the portal loads i just get a screen that says “you died”

steps to reproduce: walk into a portal that has a piglin on the other dimension. you will start to hear death noises before you are even loaded into the world

what should happpen: no mobs should be able to attack and kill you untill you are present in the world and able to defend yourself
