This may be confusing but i'll try to explain as best as I can. Whenever I am playing and i quickly need to change to get something from my inventory and click without moving the mouse the helmet is highlighted green meaning if i just click without moving my mouse and shift click it will take off my helmet which i can sometimes get killed.
