Hopper minecarts on Bedrock edition pick up items twice at half the speed Java edition hopper minecarts

      Minecart with hoppers collect items at 8x hopper speed on Java edition, but on bedrock edition, they only can collect items at 4x hopper speed. This makes certain storage contraptions noticeably slower.
