I’m playing teenage mutant ninja turtles on my iPhone 12 iOS 16.5.1. My son is playing on Amazon fire tablet. We have the game loaded on our realm. 
the levels don’t load properly. 
so we first noticed at the start if you walk through go then the gate doesn’t open. We had to exit and go back in for it to then let us progress. It does this on every level. We go through go and then the next bit of the level doesn’t load so we exit and go back in and generally the next action loads. We do that next action, like undoing a lock but then again the next bit doesn’t load and we have to exit and go back in. It’s so frustrating that we can’t play properly and the fact I’ve spent £7.99 on this!

I’ve attached a screenshot where we have walked through go right at the beginning but nothing happens and we are trapped.
