Villagers born in Badlands/Mesa biomes are not desert

      Villagers born in all types of badlands/mesa biomes do not wear the desert attire despite villagers spawned with the spawn egg and zombie villagers wear the desert attire which may be problematic with the new villager nerf that was announced.
