When placing an End Portal block above water or when there is water below the block and the player moves, there is a rendering glitch where the block and water seem to mix, resulting in an incorrect visual effect on the screen.

      Steps to Reproduce:

1.Use the "/setblock " command to place an End Portal block above water or with water below it.

      2. Move around while ensuring the presence of water beneath the End Portal block.

      Expected Result:

When placing an End Portal block above water or with water below it and moving around, the block should be displayed correctly without any mixing or glitch with the water.

      Observed Result:

After following the steps mentioned, there is an incorrect mixing effect between the End Portal block and the water.
