Piglin Heads were introduced in 1.20, however they still have no data value or accessible name in command form. They should be registered as 'skull' with a data value of 6, however this is not the case. This makes it impossible to test for a player wearing the head, or using the head in any form of commands such as give, setblock, replaceitem, etc. This also makes it impossible for creators to add the heads to loot tables or any other add-on related functions.

/give @s skull 1 6 should produce a piglin head, but it does not
