Based on the image (please, check the attachment), the farmer is trying to move to harvest his crops but instead seems to have stopped for something and glared at his crops, and will only move when I or something moves into the farmer. I think this will happen again and again because I've seen more than 1 in different seeds.

If you don't believe, try checking in any villages, especially in desert village that have field.

This bug seems important to keep the population of the village good and to keep the originality of the village, when players are not focusing on the village.
