      Repost for Bedrock - opposite report (MC-251041 / MC-251040).
      Summary:
In Bedrock, the honey block works like a full block - you can place any blocks on it. Only certain blocks can be placed in Java (lanterns/soul lanterns, bells, spore blossoms, all signs, all carpets, all banners, cake).

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place the honey block.
      2. Try placing blocks like pointed dripstone, glow lichen/sculk vein, button, amethyst cluster, etc. on it.

      Observed results:
      Blocks are placed.

      Expected results:
      Blocks cannot be placed
