Nether portals don't create breaking particles when their obsidian frame is broken

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build and activate a Nether portal
      2. Break one of the obsidian blocks

      Observed Results:
      The portal plays a glass breaking sound but doesn't create any breaking particles.

      Expected Results:
      The portal should play the glass breaking sound and create breaking particles.
