Using spawn eggs on top snow will spawn the mob floating

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Find or place top snow;
      2. Get any spawn egg;
      3. Try to spawn the mob on the top snow.

      Observed Results:
      The mob will spawn on the block above.

      Expected Results:
      The mob spawns touching the ground and adapts to the different snow heights.
