      Summary:
Dead bushes and vines can be waterlogged. They also break from flowing water, don't match other plants, break parity with java and are completely useless in my opinion.
Azalea is tracked in MCPE-129989 (maybe azalea is intentionally waterlogged due to azalea tree generation partly in water, but it still breaks parity).

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place dead bush and vines.
      2. Place the water in the dead bush and vines block.

      Observed results:
Dead bushes and vines can be waterlogged.

      Expected results:
Place water in a block with dead bush and vines, they will break.
