Steps to reproduce

1. Set a block floating in the air.
2. Stand on the block, then sneak past the edge in the +X direction so that you are still supported by the block but hanging over the edge.
3. Try to place a block by pointing straight down.
4. Try to place a block by pointing down and toward the space adjacent to the block in the -X direction (the far side of the block from where you are standing).
5. Stand on the center of the block, point at at a space diagonally adjacent to the block, such as at +1 X, +1 Z, and try to place a block there.

Expected results

You place blocks in each case.

Observed results

You do not place blocks in any of these cases. You can only places blocks by looking down next to the block you are standing on if the center of you character is above the block. You can only place blocks in the spaces directly adjacent to the block you are standing on, i.e. in a cardinal direction and not diagonally adjacent.

When you try to place a block Infront of you, it must be one block from the other block, but doesn't work sometimes when you place it diagonally and when you are the furthest point away from the block crouched or not, you cannot place a block underneath you, I have videos and screenshots of issues i have with this, the videos I have attached have me rather spam right clicking and the block not placing and the other videos are passed 10MB which I cannot upload but that is not the issue, also auto clickers seem to also have this issue which is odd for someone to be cheating yet have an annoying bug, plus the outline for all of these block placements are super glitchy and weird, also cannot place blocks underneath a player when they are crouched on it and when you sprint and jump, sometimes you cannot place a block, you cannot hold right click on your mouse or device to place blocks, and blocks are placing in the wrong direction of your cursor/whatever is in the middle of your screen on different devices, part of the holding right click bug is that while holding right click (whatever to place blocks) sometimes it randomly won't place like a delay between the blocks even with low ping and good internet connection.
