After I throw a trident (enchanted with loyalty) with a shield in my off-hand, I am unable to block with my shield after throwing the trident, even after switching my trident to a block or other tool. To make the shield usable again I have to switch to a bow and arrow, fire an arrow, then can switch back to a shield and it will work. Playing on Bedrock pressing shift/crouch to use the shield.
