While going through an end gateway to the outer islands to retrieve my stuff from where I died a moment ago, a bug killed me, it killed me! I was teleported into a void and then it said  "Irishh0ney fell off the world". I had swam through the  gate just like before. I went back in and tried 3 more times , via different means, to get through to grab my items. Now I can't even get to the outer islands to them . Crying  What do I do? How do I get to the outer end to get it all back? I lost my elytra and some Seriously enchanted diamond armor and tools! Luckily the rest of my items were in shulker boxes and inside an ender chest. I had gone back  and forth several times previously without an issue. I only got my third attempt recorded but I'm happy to share. I was just in shock. 

Please help.
