<symptoms>
The game freezes when opening the options menu or inventory while playing.
Operation becomes impossible, but BGM is still played.
Since you can not exit from the menu, exit from the close button on the upper right.
When it freezes, no error code is displayed.
No errors are written to the log file.

contact support.
Reinstallation of various applications starting with XBOX.
Check for Windows updates → latest
Check graphics driver → latest
Logout/login from each application.
JAVA update.
Run the launcher as administrator.
I don't have any mods etc.
Change DNS. (1.1.1.1・1.0.0.1)
Submit log → No problems found

Another terminal connected to the same network and network security works fine, so I don't think there is a problem with the network connection.
After trying up to this point, the support center instructed me to submit a ticket here.
