After building a completed conduit structure with the conduit, it's Conduit Power only reaches 70 blocks from the center on the same y-level despite the structure being fully completed, instead of the 96 blocks the Official Minecraft Wiki under Conduit says it should. I don't know if this is a Minecraft bug or a wiki issue.

I tested this in the rain for easier testing, but seems to be the same in water.
