Using Bone Meal on Pink Petals through a dispenser does nothing, but on Java edition pink petals are farmable this way.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a dispenser
2. Place pink petals in front of the dispenser
3. Put bone meal in the dispenser
4. Activate the dispenser

Observed Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The number of petals in the block increases by 1. If there are already four pink petals in the block, it should drop a copy of itself.
