Summary:

Unable to interact with blocks like chests, furnaces and crafting tables when in spectator mode, not working the same as the java version

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition
2. Place interacting blocks on the floor
3. Go to the spectator mode and try to interact with the blocks

Observed Results:

The player will not to be able to interact with the blocks, not allowing to see what they keep in a chest or what they are cooking

Expected Results: 

The player should be able to interact with blocks
