Using Format version 1.20 for custom item bug about holding an item

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The bug starts when I use Format 1.20.0 on Custom item

Observed Results:
Its not the same position and size (see the first picture below)

Expected Results:
its need to be same as 1.19.80 format the size and position
