Mob/player heads have wrong particles & no placing sound

      There are a lot of bugs with mob heads. The mob heads have no placing sounds, and drop soul sand particles when broken. (THIS IS FOR BEDROCK AS WELL AS JAVA)

       

      How to reproduce:

      • Place any type of head. Notice that no sound is played when the head is placed.
      • Break the head. the head will drop soul sand particles, instead of the head that was placed.
