Summary:
Unlike other editions of Minecraft, mobile players are not able to use chat in the same way as players on other platforms
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition in PC and Android Device
- Open chat and try comment out loud
- On the computer, press the up key
Observed Results:
The mobile player will not be able to re-send the same type of text with speed. The player can do this if he has a keyboard or controller connected to the cell phone, but not without, due to lack of triggers on device
Expected Results:
Minecraft Mobile should have quick triggers in the upper corner of the screen, in order to help players with this, as the player can waste a lot of time typing the same message again after a mistake.
Notes:
The recorded videos were made in Windows 11, to show the practicality of this feature that is lacking in Android and iPhone devices. Mobile players are also unable to use the tab key, which automatically completes commands, only possible with a keyboard connected.
