Villagers are almost incapable of path finding to their beds or work stations if they are inside a structure which causes them to get stuck outside until you break them a new path that's closer, they can't find there way around anything, they also seem to get stuck in ladders like as if they think they are tapped inside of it but once it's broken they start moving again, and farmers sometimes stare at crops but won't move to go grab them.
